How does Michael Ford compare to Trent Richardson in the weight room?

Stronger but not by much. Ford like Trent was the state powerlifting champion.

3 runs like he benches 400 plus pounds 42 doesn't.

Mickey Johnson is another state powerlifting champ.

Ford can bench well over 400

im sure TR. what rb do you know that can bench 475? thats stupid. doesnt always translate, but that is phenomenal

Number 3 is 20 pounds heavier. That makes a big difference
