Depends on the status of Hillis. If he plays he isn't worth much.
If he misses the game then he is a add if you are desperate for a RB or a really hurting for a flex spot. They gave Hardesty 30+ carries so there is no reason to think they won't give him the ball 18+ times? He could be worth playing just because you know he will get the work.

Yeah. Low expectations, but it's just a guy with an opportunity, so if you are in need of an RB, why not?
