Will this buck get much bigger?

This guy has been at my stand every day for the past week and I'm trying to decide whether or not he needs to go to the butcher. At first I thought he would be a really nice buck next year, but that's a lot of tine length for a young buck.
Has he hit his prime or worth giving another year?

I've let better bucks walk because of camp rules in N MS, but in S AL, this would be a no doubt shoot it.
