Lsu feeds a stable of backs. Who gives a frick about the first 2. Overall, Lsu is as good or better. Trust me, if we fed Ware, Ford, or Hilliard the ball 20-30 times like TR gets it, their numbers would compare.

You can only play 1 RB at a time, and Richardson/Lacy is enough depth in any game. Having 4 RBs who are good doesn't help the situation if the first 2 who get a majority of the carries aren't as good as the other teams top 2.

I think certain positions have depth issues in games like the OL and DL....RB after the #2 isn't IMO

Depth is a big deal at RB the way LSU uses them. If LSU just relied on Ware, I am sure he would be in the Heisman race. We use many running backs and it proves to be more productive than only using one featured and a spare. Having said that, LSU has 2 Richardsons and 2 Lacys if you really want to look at it.

Not true......we could line Ford/Hilliard up as fullback

Having a fresh guy in the 4th quarter could be huge in a game like this.......depth could play a part.

My biggest concern is that our D-Line comes to play and takes some of the load off of our LB's and D backfield. I'm sure Bama has the same concerns with Ware blowing up Corner's and Safties
