D-Line awful quiet the past few games....

What's the reason for this? Opponent's schemes, playing vanilla until Bama, etc.?

Simms got the ball out pretty fast for the most part. but went 6/20. and Brisset threw a whole 14 times, while the dline played had to focus on the draw, and the run.

Here is an interesting take.

Yep, very few sacks lately. And it seems like we have switched to schemes that are more reactive instead of disruptive.

Being at the game it seemed to me that we knew the game was ours so we ran the 3-4 defense with no stunt package and no blitz packages. I honestly think LSU is planning for the BAMA game.

we are getting very little pressure without blitizing and yesterday when we did blitz a bad ut line picked it up.
Its a bit concerning that a bad offensive line like ut handled our dline and blitz so easy.
