i just dont understand how someone in his profession cant lose weight unless he has a medical problem.
he has access to trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, dieticians, state of the art work out facilities, etc...

Fat or not, he's a POS in my book. He had elective weight loss surgery, which carries many risks--up to and including death. There were, shockingly enough, complications after his surgery. He recovered from these and instead of manning up and accepting that he brought those risks upon himself, he decided to sue his doctors for malpractice.
