Add two pass deflections that resulted in interceptions for others.

Credit Mathieu for being a beast.
Credit Chavis for putting him in a positions to make plays. I am shocked that Mathieu is always around the ball. Offenses can game plan to stay away from certain players, but Chavis keeps Mathieu right in the middle of the other teams offensive schemes.

The total of 13 is what was quoted in articles for total turnovers, but the OP does have the breakdown wrong. Three picks, and the other 10 are either fumbles forced or recovered.
The 13 probably isn't technically accurate either since he both forced and recovered at least 3 fumbles. But it evens out due to the pass deflections I mentioned earlier.
