re: "Neck" and the arm wave

Uh, I can't stand the three types of people that do not get the arm motion correct:
1) The old ladies with the "Bingo" arms. You know, where their tricep floats around like a loose plastic bag.
2) People like this lady that just wave their arm around aimlessly.
3) Conducting the motion from the wrist and or elbow. Just isn't the same as a packing motion from the shoulder. Call me a ghey for this one, but it looks absolutely retarded...
