yogscast have boring lets plays unless you enjoy minecraft. portal co-op was good, and they are going to do dead island co-op soon.

NintendoCapriSun can be fun to watch when he isn't going on embarrassing stream of consciousness tangents. He plays popular games that most are at least familiar with, which is good for a lot of people and a refreshing departure from the trend among let's players of scouring the internet for obscure Indie games. I like the guys who don't give a frick that someone else has already played the game, because they know their commentary will make it uniquely watchable.

Spoony's Let's Play of Phantasmagoria 2 is the greatest (and funniest) one of all time, on youtube or anywhere for me. He does his let's plays in a more "riffing" style, that is like Mystery Science Theater 3,000. So the focus is more on humor than showcasing the game.
