re: what type of smoker do you have?

Count me with the eggers...Big and Mini. Bought it because I wanted to do more than smoke. Did two racks of ribs yesterday; stabilized it at 250, put the ribs on, and it cruised for 4 hours.

I'd avoid smokers that use pelletized smoking woods. God only knows what's in that stuff. I like to use recognizable chips & chunks.
