Do not like Backwood smokers.
Look up Cookshack smoke

You will love them, made for smoking.
I have about 6 different only use my Cookshack now
Best customer service and forum you will evervencounter. Not cheap but wellworth the $$. Look them up and call them, have many sizes from small home units to huge restaurant sizes.
You will thank me!!

I have a friend who does competition cooking.
He cooks for the public on a huge, expensive off-set smoker rig.
But, the meat for the judges is done on a WSM.
