is it just me or does the helmet lettering not use the geaux font now? on gameday it looks different...

It's just you. That's the same lettering they've had for years.
I'm curious about the helmet comment as well. I didn't take it as a comment referring to the Pro Combat unis. He said that we may see it tonight.

I there is any logo change I hope it's geaux font with no tiger at all. That said I don't think they change anything

Im pretty sure he was talking about for tonight. why would he talk about new helmets for a game thats weeks away...then just talk about the helmet and not the whole uniform?

i meant on gameday right now. i know the helmet hasn't traditionally used the geaux font. glad i didn't write very clearly the first time so some folks could feel really good about themselves and be sure to "correct" me. i am streaming online and couldn't decide if the font on the gameday helmet looked different. it seems it's not different. thanks for the help.

GameDay had a normal LSU helmet on set.
