For frick's sake. She's not a 3rd party. If you look in the video she's the girl standing right over Lowery as he gets kicked. She's friends with him. This is nothing new.

Third party, at least according to Black's Law Dictionary, which probably doesn't apply in this context. But, nonetheless:
