All this points to the Feds being involved in the investigation, along with the BRPD and LSP, because a soldier in the Marine Corps was involved either as victim or instigator. Bet they turn around this DNA findings within days. Another sign that Feds are in the mix. It will not be pretty.

Man, just think if he was a navy member instead of a marine. We could have NCIS on the case. I love Gibbs, He would have this solved in exactly 1 hour.
