That is where guilt is determined. The police do NOT determine guilt. The investigation does not determine guilt. it collects evidence of the situation.
I don't know how much more clear it can be. I put the important word in bold...POSSIBLE. Should I define that for you?

highly, highly doubt this goes to trail in a criminal court, and it shouldn't, unless felony charges are filed, which i also doubt. yeah it's on the table, but they need pretty strong evidence to charge anyone with a felony, and it doesn't look like they have that yet. sounds like they're looking for it but have come up with nothing, or actually more so of WHO to charge

Ok - I deserved that one. I retract suspension comment for this reason - I have ben a supporter of Miles from beginning and beleve he is an honest man with great character. If I believe this then I have to believe he will handle it appropriately. He is closer to this than anyone (sqve those directly involved) Will wait and see what unfolds based on facts. For now - moving on to the game!
