Nope not gonna happen. Who is A&M definitely better than this year in the SEC? I'll give you UK, Ole Miss, Auburn (arguable) and Vandy. Tell me who else.
edit: Don't forget, that any of those four listed could knock off A&M at any time.

This year I'd say those plus Florida, Miss. State, Tennessee, and Georgia.
I'd say on par with Arkansas and South Carolina, with Alabama and LSU a clear step ahead.
