Billy's in Opelousas. As others have said, Bourque's in Port Barre is good as well if you want to take a ride out that way. The difference in quality of boudin alone is not enough to make the drive from Opelousas, in my opinion, but Bourque's offers a large selection of specialty meats, and their jalapeno sausage bread is good.

Nonsense. Bourques puts Billy's to shame. Billy's boudin stinks and gave me stomach ache, plus it's filthy inside.
