The funny thing is, most of it makes very little sense.

None of the Eagles FAs did any sort of spectacle "Look at me, look where I'm signing!" type of deal.

Hell, they've only signed one truly high profile guy, in Asomugha, and he's one of the most well-respected, quality guys in the league.

None of them said they were going to win 10 championships. In fact, one of their rivals is the only one talking, proclaiming they were gonna "Beat that arse."

Hating a team and people because you don't like the way ESPN covers them is pretty ridiculous.

LINK I see some pretty good stats there after his 2nd year. And Josh, I find it hard to say the league ever really "adjusted" to him.

how is this stupid?... Vick's first year as starter for the Falcons, he should have been the MVP of the league, but he was satisfied, etc...

never was good in ATL again

No, he's right... That is stupid

Not saying they can, not saying they can't. Vick nearly did it last year and in Atlanta. Young really hasn't been given a fair chance. I'll wait and see how it unfolds but Philly looks like they are prime to unseat the Saints and Packers from the top of the NFC.

You all have the same minds as the people who said Drew Brees wasn't a starting QB when he was in San Diego (not saying you said it, just saying you know that shite was said)

It amazes me how so many people can think they are right on this site

If you have an elite QB you have a chance to make it as far as any team in the league it’s just a matter of being hot with a tad bit of luck at the right time. The Saints were good but also lucky (albeit a tad bit due for some luck considering the history of bizarre that has surrounded this franchise for as long as it did) in winning a Super Bowl and the same could be said for most if not all championships(New England vs Oakland 2002). This is stupid to be discussing teams that will be knocked off before the season starts or even implode. The Saints beat the best teams in the playoffs in 09 and I wouldn’t want to cake my way to a title. If Phily is among the last teams standing and the Saints are there with them I will be more than thrilled because I wouldn’t want to measure myself against anyone else. I don’t like what if scenarios or had our teams met in this situation…leave no doubt. This is a sport that thrives on competition and I would like to play Green Bay, Phily, and hopefully the Pats. If that doesn’t happen its because we got beat in which case I just want to watch some good games…I don’t even know why Dallas was mentioned…they have accomplished nothing since the 90s.
