Just sold the skiff this morning. I am looking for something better for the big lakes (like Texoma) up here. The best example I can think of for what I am looking for new is the Pro-line 23 DC and Sport. Needs to handle rough water very well, would like to be able to cruise around 40 but still wife and friends crusing friendly. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

That's another debate for me. We bought the skiff new, and actually did really well on the sale. I like the security of buying new, but am a fan of owning free and clear with no note. I would go up to 20 used with cash. After that I figure might as well go new and finance....

Not an OT baller, but I do ok. We could easily carry a 400 to 500 note if we went new.

I am thinking deeper v and more freeboard for more kid friendly...

I would look at the 2030 Bay Stealth. Great ride, fishes well and runs great with a 150 Yamaha. I know they don't make them anymore, but know where you can find one if interested.

Hey, at least after all of my ranting I put my money where my mouth was on the paddleboard. Wish I could do the same for the Bonefish....one day.

I research the schitt out of stuff I buy, and try to look at it from every angle before hand. I am open to anything, if I find something better (for my needs/wants) than an Andros before I buy a boat I will go that route in a heartbeat.

Broken record is broken.

I'm sorry but I couldn't own a boat that looks like a jaczzi tub with an outboard.

I might end up with a Pathfinder too. The used market makes for a very attractive offering.
