I mass texted "Fire Miles"...i then mass texted "Give him a raise!"

of course I wasn't 100% serious with either, but it did put it into perspective on how feelings/opinions can change so quickly on how you view a coach, program, situation based on 1 play

I sat next to TN fans behind the TN bench. I've never seen two fan bases so completely disgusted after a game. Both fans felt like their teams lost.

I threw something on the ground and left my friends in the stands, walked out of TS, then heard the roar and ran back in and never hugged so many random people in my life.

Shortly thereafter I began to curse Les Miles repeatedly but he redeemed himself after Bammer.

I love this post by the way. Yelling and screaming about how LM should be fired. Went to kitchen to fix a very tall bourbon and coke (while my inlaws who are game cock and gator fans are laughing). Then my mother inlaw yells at me and says it's not over. I come back to tv and see the scoring win. Had no clue what happened. Until I saw the team run out on the field and then show the replay.

with my dad's co-worker, sitting in section 302 and walked down the stairs with 2 birds held high. Met my dad back at the tailgate and the first thing he says to me, "if joe alleva has any balls, les will be gone tomorrow."

OH MAN, how I LOOOOOVE telling people this.
I was at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Myself and maybe 6 other people were wearing LSU shirts/Jerseys whatever. The rest of that place was Neon orange. The Waiters, the Customers, everyone wearing orange.
The first time the game ended, Everyone started singing rocky top and people in my area started pointing at me singing it half yelling poor kitties season is over. So being a LSU fan with sand in his Vag, i started yelling " WE'RE STILL THE BETTER TEAM!!!!! THEY JUST GAVE THIS ONE AWAY" then i remember about a 500lb redneck yells " OH YEAH...I THINK THE BETTER TEAM WINS THE GAME!!"
Then goes dead quite as word travels about the flag, LSU scores, wins. People flood out of BWW like it was on fire. While myself and those 6 other LSU fans just sit with BWW basically to ourselves, Thinking, i dont know how that happened...but...frick YEAH!!!

I was at the game and threw my drink on the ground about 30 feet below me. Almost hit a Tenn fan who was happy as can be. Cursed Miles as being the worst coach in LSU history. After we won, I praised Ridley for his run and left a semi-happy LSU fan.

You know when you laugh to overcome the fact that your pissed. Well anyway I just laughed walked off and said goodbye les. A friend called me a minute later to tell me we won. It didn't make me any happier. We lost that game in my mind.

I was at my girlfriend's house, and one of her housemates was watching something on the TV so I was just watching the game during her commercials... in the 4th quarter though, the let me have it as the game was close.

so I'm in the living room with 3 girls who don't watch football and Crowton is pulling his patented bullshite and I'm throwing popcorn at the TV yelling at JJ to snap the fricking ball.. and it sails past.

I leave the house with my girlfriend (we had some plans for after the game... she needed to go to the store to pick up meds or something).

When I get to the store I check my phone and there's a text from one of the housemates along the line of "congrats on the win, it was pretty exciting." I shake my head as I read the text, because these girls don't know anything about football, they're Tulane students after all. I assumed they just didn't realize what happened at the end of the game.

So I get online on my smartphone and check the score... it says we won. I had very clearly seen us lose, so I assume that the website is in error. So I log onto TD from my phone and check the score board.. and just quietly laugh to myself. I then call my Dad, which I usually do after every game, and reiterate that we have the luckiest coach in the history of football.

I was watching at someone else's house. I left when the game was "over," got in my vehicle and heard the end on the radio. I went back inside, where they had already changed the channel. They didn't believe me when I told them we won.

My 7 yo got Tabasco in his mouth because of that game. We were in the SEZ and he was standing on the seat behind me. He burst out a " are they doing?" followed by a " just happened".

I was texting my brother throught the game. He called right after T-Bob snapped the ball. We started bitching to each other. Then the ref ruled a penalty, LSU scored, and we both screamed. We were drunk..

This is also an Every-Saturday occurrence between me and my brother for every game as well.

I do the same thing...always have.

This thread clearly demonstrates that LSU football brings the family closer together!

On the phone with my Dad and saying get Les Miles on the first bus out of town. How in the world can this happen 2 years in a row. Then my Dad says, wait its not over , flag on the play. Bitterness to excitement and I dont care how it was done still glad to beat Rocky Top.
