I'd put the sausages in a non stick skillet with a little olive oil and brown them on med-high fire.. Once browned, I'd add sliced bell peppers, onions and garlic and about a half cup of water and cover the pot, reduce the fire to low and let em sautee for about 20-25 minutes.
I'd serve with angel hair pasta and pesto or alfredo sauce.

I read it on the internet so it must be true. I'd rather stick to grilling. Indirect heat for 15 minutes or so I assume.
