Can Hines Ward or Pac Man be reprimanded by the NFL...

After the lock-out ends? They are not being paid by the NFL right now so I would not imagine they are not subject to the NFL Personal Conduct policy.

Nothing is going to happen to Hines anyway, Pacman is a different story.

He did say it, but the union won't have any of that.

Um...yea, even Pacman's dumbass. As long as he's a part of the Union, they have no choice but to back him. It's not like Pacman is the only one who they'll have to defend and they can't just take up for everyone besides him b/c he's an idiot.
