If you don't want to prepare it yourself, Whole Foods has a variety.. Roasted red bell pepper hummus, Cilantro Hummus, Plain, Garlic and Parsley.. or eggplant dip.. also Salsa is low fat, serve with chips, whole wheat pita and an olive tray

I'd stay away from veggie trays.. unless you want your guests gassy..
