Fish is a good option. I also like to do either racks of
lamb or lamb lion chops. Have also done a boneless
leg of lamb.

i finally remembered to wipe my grill down w/ oil after i finished using it yesterday. i was told this will keep things from sticking to it the next time and will also "season" the grates.
