I have always heard the opposite about Phil, that he was super nice to everyone. That is one of the reasons he has such a large following. Maybe when the camera on he is that guy and the camera off he is not.
Edit: Tiger would be my choice as well. He is such a robot.

Well that's specific
In the past, I would have said Sabbatini. However, he's done some very charitable things recently.
