got mine yesterday, i also charged all night and NOTHING. tried car charger as well with both batteries. batteries had a little charged out of box and worked right away, charger seemed to kill batteries, now only works plugged in

Same here - and that POS car charger started smoking when I plugged it in yesterday.

Yea I had the same problem as you guys are having with charging it all night and then it not working. The problem is the battery is in the wrong way. I killed one of my batterys doing this. They aparently dont use the convention that the spring goes on the negative end, for this flashlight the spring goes on the positive end. In other words the positive end of the battery goes in the flashlight first. I poped my other battery in and charged it and bam this thing really is badass for 20$ will light up shite at 100 yards.
