Poached eggs on bacon. On a buttered croissant...with hollandaise....with fried oysters on top. Best brunch in the state iyam. Slightly ahead of court of two sisters.

fricking thank you.
I ordered this the other day and they brought me something with crawfish on top instead. My mom tried to convince me the Ponchatrain was the crawfish one (and that I ordered the wrong thing) but I knew they screwed up! >[
