I said the same about cera when I started a few months back. I guess its because I've been exposed to him playing that part for a while now
Yeah, I did this in reverse order.
Watched AD and thought Cera was hilarious.
Then saw him do it again... and again... and again... and now I despise him.
But AD is still great.

I liked Mr F--every so often, I still hear that british sing-song voice saying "Mr F" in my head...
but yeah, the Godzilla like mole destroying Tokyo was pretty hilarious...
also, the Fonz jumping the shark fo rhte second time...

Weird. Seems like a Seinfeld hater is much more worthy of derision.

You're right it was that guy from Social Network. My hate of that type of whiny voice must have made me insert Cera by reflex

If this series was so great, why was it cancelled?

LOVE GODZIRRA EP

A few weeks ago there was a pretty long 'AD Jokes' thread. Gene definitely got some mentions in there.

Spoilers
"I have pop pop in the attic"
"The fact that you call sex that makes me know you're not ready"

Yeah, I just could never get past the utter, unfunny stupidity of the dad in the attic. It was so bad, it would just make me mad when it came on the screen. And I LOVE Jeff Tambor.

Easily one of the best characters to come in and out. And Carl Weathers.
Glad to see you starting AD... You won't regret it. The P.R. episode is one of my favorites from early on.
George Michael Bluth: You know, I have a job.
Tobias Fünke: [coughing] Kiss arse... well we were all thinking it.
Buster: Uh, I'm unclear about what it is exactly you do...
Jessie Bowers: Excellent question, what a publicist does is...
Buster: No, no, no I was talking to George Michael. When did you get a job?
George Michael Bluth: At the banana stand.
Buster: Oh! Duh! I thought you meant like a plumber or something and I was like 'when did that happen?'

I have got to rewatch this show soon. It has to be better the 2nd time around

G.O.B.: Right... yes, Well, we should “circumverent union penalties.”
Michael: Circumvent.
G.O.B.: Circumverate...
Michael: “Circumvent.” It means “to go around.”
G.O.B.: The old “reach around.”

the sexual harassment speech will forever be my favorite moment.
there are so many great moments to choose from, but that and the business card are probably my two favorites.

When I think of GOB running the company, the suit lines come to mind.
"No, I want to spill booze all over my $6,300 suit... Come on!"

I loved how the subtle "....on the next arrested development" it's a stab at what Fox does with every episode.
