a Mano or Galatoires?

My family is coming in to nola for ccc. I have res at a Mano and Galatoires for Friday. Which one? The more traditional or the new italian? thnx

Wow, talk about 2 completely different options.
If a reservation is what you favor, go with a Mano. (Plus Id imagine pasta would be good fuel for people that run from things)
If getting drunk and having a grand time is the concern, cancel the Galatoire's reservation and get in line early.

My bro is kinda weary of the "traditional" nola places after a bad experience at Commanders so I think we are leaning more towards aMano. I've never been to Galatoires after lunch though. Is it worth it?
