Had not heard of it before looking for places to eat last weekend. Ate there last night and had one of the best meals that we've had in a while. All of the appetizers that we got were awesome and the entrees and sides were great as well. I haven't heard much, or any, talk about it. What are everyone's opinions on it? It also got a new chef recently and it seems like he's doing a great job.

I really like Stroube's. Varnedoe has stepped it up a notch for sure.

Not sure. The current menu is on their website. They have a great menu, I could've ordered 10 different things, and wanted to.
