The only thing about ordering online, is that i want to be able to ask someone whether or not i need something and if the additional equipment i'm buying will fit properly.

Marcello's is the only place in BR currently... and they probably have everything you would need to get started, but they are oftentimes running low on extract malts. And I think their equipment prices are pretty high, but I haven't really bought much equipment online either lately so I might be off.

If anything SS is just easier to clean.. I dont buy into the thought of it changing brew flavor either. Although I have a 40qt SS brewpot its more for having a pretty pot and one that is easy to clean.
