Best places to eat in Vegas?

Going to Vegas at end of May. Need recommendations / list of best places you have been. Good lunch spots < $20. Dinner > $50 / per

Capitol Grille
the steak place in the basement of MGM
Dishes (buffet at TI)
FWIW I liked Mesa Grill too (Caesars)

I liked the MArket Buffet at Planet Hollywood. MAy have changed the name. It was World Market because it USED to be Alladin Casino.
A breakfast place... Blueberry hill. It looks no more impressive than a clean Denny's but those were the best pancakes I have ever eaten. And I was sober.

Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay. Great steaks and great deals on steaks, apps and drinks during happy hour.

You must go to wolfgang pucks place in the MGM for lunch and get the burger. It is fan-fricking-tastic.
Best hamburger I've ever eaten, it was so good we went back for lunch a 2nd time the last time I was there and I got it again.

Second strip steak at Mandalay. the spinach souffle with parmesan cream sauce (side dish) is un-frickin-believable.
