These are two huge ones I'd want to see. I hate that "possession for 10 mins then walk to sideline with it" bullshite.
And that pass interference penalty has always been nuts. You could get a 40 free yards just because someone interfered with the receiver. That should def. be 15 as well.

I have to disagree with changing the pass interference to 15 yards max.. it's like the other guy said. If a receiver gets 15+ yards and it looks like it's a definite catch, just interfere and save some yards.
25 yards is up for debate imo though. That's a big big penalty to take.
