$abun will never let his team play LSU at Tiger Stadium at night

I think he would do what the scheduling committee told him too.
Contrary to what you might have heard he is not in charge of the SEC.

If you think $abun doesnt manipulate the schedule you are a fool. I believe he did it at LSU and he certainly does do it Bama which is why their first 4 games appear to cake walks.

One of the things that Miles wanted in his most recent extension was more control over the schedule so crap like opening up with Oregon an WVU, both away games in the first 3 weeks, doesnt happen again. Not sure if he got it though.

i think we would all agree he has say on his own OOC schedule, but not at what time tv networks are showing conference games

???

Bama's first four games are Kent State @penn State North Texas and Arkansas

You will get no argument from me on North Texas and Kent state, but playing at penn state is no "cakewalk" and Arkansas is a quality SEC West Team... so not sure about that...

Also, kent state, penn state, and north texas are all OOC

And you mentioned Oregon and WVU, which are both OOC so the individual teams have the leeway of at least the picking of the teams, but maybe not the timeslots (that is up to the networks). In fact alot of these big OOC games are brokered by the Networks.

And color me a fool, because I do think the $$$ from the networks takes precedence over one coach.
