McCarthy, 32, was arrested at his home Thursday by agents with Homeland Security Investigations in Houston. The arrest follows the Feb. 1 seizure of his website's domain name, Channelsurfing.net.

its an ICE issue, which is under the homeland security umbrella since the restructuring of the patriot act
