Word is that both will be in Austin next weekend.Texas is pretty confident with Cole eventually.Brown not so much. The same line is being used as always. You guys had a good day today.Just don't get too comfortable thinking Devante Bourque is going to be an Aggie. When we offer, game over.

I don't think many Ags are considerring Devonta an Aggie. But, Sherman is committed to recruiting LA and we have grabbed a few LSU left overs each year. Maybe one day we can actually get a LA athlete with an LSU offer (maybe Lorenzo Phillips?)
But for the OP. Texas can only take 25 players. OU is expected to have a VERY small class this year. Less than 20. A&M is in well with most of the Texas Top 50 but not all, and OSU and TCU are off to good starts. There will still be a chance for LSU to grab a player or two. But this isn't a deep year for QB in Texas, IMO. There's Matt Davis and Trevor Knight but after that nobody is elite. Of course, with the TX HS 7on7 there are still plenty of servicable QBs and odds are one or two more pop up as being elite during their Sr years
