I use Kosher Salt most of the time but I was given a container of the Himalayan Pink Salt for Christmas. I cannot ever find a use for it though.

I use a lot of sea salt and I bought a grey sea salt with white truffles. It's a great finisher on a piece of fish or meat, lamb.

As much as I get irked by JerseyTiger's "blind taste test" schtick, nothing quite strikes me as as much hooey as all these "gourmet" and specialty salts.
