so this spiderman has Peter Parker making his own web shooters instead of it being part of his genetic mutation?

I know this is true to the comic but I like the genetic mutation version better.

That's what I was thinking. I like the idea of using the web shooters. I'm starting to get excited about this reboot.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I'll be thankful for the day that Hollywood generates some original ideas so they can concentrate on that and stop fricking up American icons.

Small eye's like the old days. Mechanical webshooters. Interesting...

Just like with the Bane/Catwoman news, I'm not freaking out yet. That pic doesn't really portray how it'll look on the final edited film.

I'm not saying I'm pumped about the reboot but I'm not gonna trash it based on this.

I am sure there will be a lot of editing done to that suit in post production.

i agree. it has always seemed odd to me that he gained all of the powers of a spider except the one that lets him spin webs. isn't that the most important spider power?

Spiderman is an Icon?

Let's put him on the $3 bill!

I am willing to bet more would recognize Spider Man but could not name most of the figures on American currency.

Spider Man is an Icon.

Easiest bet ever. No doubt, I say 90% of people recognize Spiderman more than the presidents.

lol wut?

You are saying a completely fictional character is an American icon. Is that what you are really trying to say here?

If so, I question your understanding of the meaning of the word icon.
