Aurora never gets old...

Saw it a couple weeks ago, and thought it was too light for it. Still blown away by them.

Spent the entire morning and afternoon with the little one showing her some of the outdoors great things. She was hoping to see a bear, but only saw fresh bear scat. She got a little pissed because I was making noise to scare bears away...

This is where a freshwater stream meets a glacial lake. The water is clear on top and in the deep channel a deep aquamarine color. Really beautiful if you can catch it in the right light

She's getting some glacial ice to cool our food and drinks for the picnic.

Really impressed with these young ladies. Two teen girls out fishing for their parents anniversary. They said they were gonna catch, clean and cook the meal for their folks. Pink Salmon jumping all over the cove.

Exploring tide pools. We have about a 20 foot tidal range.

Beautiful 78 degree day. Took some Louisiana folk around town for a few hours, they came in on a cruise ship. Including some kayak flyfishing

Line in water is where dirty glacial water spills into the sea. Leaves a neat line, the denser sea water sinks below the dirty glacial water.

Immature bald eagle. They don't develop their white head and tail til about 5 years of age. Immature eagles are also about 20% larger

Nice. Everywhere I've lived outside of LA has missed this element. Glad to see that you're ready to share your home with others. Good on you shrubber.
