When the sweep the swamp was created in the 1980's it had a "cajun" sauce that was great. I would order regular pizzas with that sauce. Now then use the regular tomato sauce and its not nearly that good. BTW the andouille (spelling) pizza is pretty good even with the regular sauce.

Mine tasted a little spicy but that may have been the jalapeños. I too thought the Cajun sauce was great. They are having the official grand opening in BR Saturday so maybe I will ask about it.
