@ Kid Charlemagne.

LSU's bad reputation is unfounded. Most of it comes from Ole Miss fans who tell stories about getting hit with full liquor bottles, bags of urine, etc., and their seeing opposing fans carried from the stadium on stretchers. They are all liars. They are so envious of LSU that it warps their ability to reason. The only thing I ever saw thrown in Tiger Stadium was a hamburger and I'm the one who did it.

I was in Tiger Stadium in 1977, when we plucked the Ducks 56-17. Look forward to being in Cowboys Stadium when we do it again.

I did see the Jack Daniels bottle being thrown by fans after out game against Tennessee. Granted that was at the field and hit a cheerleader and not at opposing fans. It had to be a non student because there is absolutely no way a student could bring in a big bottle like that and not get caught.

I've thrown quite a few hot dogs dyed green (Green Weenies), but I had a pathological hatred for Tulane at the time. I hit their huddle in the south end zone just before the big fight .. smashed weenies lie throughout the endzone.

The only thing I have ever seen thrown in Tiger Stadium was in 81, maybe 82...We played FL State winner to the Orange Bowl, loser to the Gator Bowl...we stomped their butts and the student section littered the field with oranges...it was freaking awesome...
