Fuente is the playcaller. ESPN Dallas/Fort Worth had an article on him awhile back (can't find it right now, on my phone) but thy said he called 100% of the plays. That is if you want to believe what ESPN has to say, and they haven't been too spot on lately with these rumors.
But ask yourself this, wouldn't Les know which one calls the plays and wouldn't he hire that one? That leads me to believe Fuente was the playcaller since he has the interview.

I think Les is interviewing the one that is a QB coach.
