I was told yesterday that Flight Aware does not post the flight plans until they have been activated. That usually is shortly before takeoff. That said, it's after 5:30 over there so I'd expect it to show up by now. Unless they've blocked it but I don't really see the point in that now.

activate when they call ground right before they're ready to taxi, if I remember correctly..although the departure on a flight plan isn't typically dead on for private flights.
