I had the same (similar) topic 2 days ago and it was met with hatred, a deletion and a private message warning....

Mettenberger committed to Miles and Crowton for example. When Saban left Miles did a great job of minimizing the losses by retaining several of the staff's key recruiters. The hypothetical replacement of Les would be well-served to follow that example but not everyone would do that. That's the scary part.
