So if CLM bails, who do WE lose in this class?

It depends on what happens to the rest of the staff and which recruits were on the fence to begin with. USC's competitors don't sell their brand as well as USC. LSU has Texas, Bama, and Auburn to worry about. Miss State, Tennessee, and Arky are starting to look more enticing than before.

If Alleva is smart, he'll make Frank Wilson staying a part of the deal with the new coach which would seriously limit our losses.

Few if any. Kids want to win and get on TV b/c they all think they will play in the NFL. LM leaving doesn't affect that.
