The worst part of this whole thing is that if UM does offer Miles, it puts LSU in a terrible position. Yes, I am sure that LSU has a search firm lined up and a list of candidates, but it will still take some time and the new coach will not have much time to put a staff together and contact recruits. This whole situation sucks donkey dick.

Michigan is actually doing this thing right by not letting anything out, as is LSU. Miles, LSU, and Michigan do not need this thing negotiated in public. Michigan, if they ask for permission, will do it the right way and LSU will respond appropriately. The more it gets played out in public the worse it looks for both sides.

If Miles is leaving LSU already knows about it. And they would already be looking for a new HC.
