So I'm cooking chicken parmesan tomorrow night. I've decided to do artichoke balls as an appetizer with a salad.

Any ideas for sides? TIA.

Arugala salad with a simple lemon and extra-virgin olive oil dressing. A perfect match.

Great combination, but it needs some acidity and bitterness to cut the sweetness and richness of the chicken parm. Hence my suggestion.
