Have wondered the same thing for a while, he does it in the huddle and in the back field during the snap count. I wonder if he yells obscenities?

I saw that same special and could swear he said it was just a slight twitch he has. And that doctors aren't sure whats causing it

half serious question here...but I wonder if there is any research done on whether Tourette's, which causes muscle twitching, can also lead to people being faster?
