I dl'd a Bluray rip yesterday the third one is really good. Really brings the whole thing full circle.
I started reading the books. Just finished the first one, the movie was very close. Even a lot of the dialouge was the same. The only key (while minor) differences where you got a better understanding of how Lisbeth was percieved by others in the books.
I hope they do a good job.
The movies were all pretty low budget and the last two were actually made for Sweedish TV.

This isn't true, all three were international box office releases.

Incorrect. All were made for theatrical release. They were not low budget at all.
I read all three books. I agree that the second was the best and the third was a little tedious.
I've seen all three movies. I enjoyed all three. The third film is a significant improvement over the third book. A lot of unnecessary scenes are eliminated.
