Great list. Definitley try Johnny's Poboys next time you're in New Orleans. Be prepared to wait. Ridiculously long lines and tables are limited. (There is a section in the back though.). Well worth the wait IMO.

About to gorge on a catfish from Guys (and fries cause their fries are the shite). Just working my way through the whole menu one Saturday at a time.
